Warranty and Return Policy

Your new Nexus subwoofer is covered by a 1 year limited warranty if purchased from the site or one of our authorized dealers. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and/or workmanship ONLY. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser. When a warranty claim is submitted, the original sales invoice/receipt must be attached. When a claim is accepted, an RMA number will be sent via email, this number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Packages with no RMA number will be refused. Any damage incurred due to improper packaging will be billed back to the purchaser. When a claim is accepted we will send a prepaid label to you via email or mail. Return shipping will be covered by Nexus Audio as long as the warranty claim is valid and falls within the warranty coverage. If the subwoofer is not covered under warranty, the purchaser will be billed for the original return shipping price and will be responsible for the return shipping (back to the purchaser) before the sub will be sent back.

This limited warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation of the product

  • Exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, UV light, or extreme cold

  • Negligence, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

  • Repeated returns noting the same issue

  • Any expense incurred while removing the product

  • Damage to the product due to clipping or distortion

  • Burnt and/or open voice coils

  • Burnt, ripped, or torn spiders, tinsel leads, cones, or surrounds

  • Items repaired by unauthorized dealers/repair facilities

  • Shipping charges on non-defective products

  • Lost deliveries (contact carrier)

  • Folded cones

  • Improper mounting (Inverted)

  • Excessive power/driven past mechanical limits

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper wiring 

  • Damage to other components 


 

Returns

In the event that the purchaser does not want the product, Nexus Audio will accept the brand new never opened product. The member will be responsible for return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee. 

 

If you receive the wrong item, you will have 30 days to notify Nexus Audio. A shipping label will be sent to the purchaser and the correct product will be sent out after we verify the wrong item is in transit back to Nexus Audio.
